On the evening of December 31st, 2024, we hosted an unforgettable La Squadra 3 Corporate Challenge Events Success Party and New Year Celebration at the college premises, marking the culmination of an incredibly successful year. The event brought together all students and faculty to celebrate both the triumphs of the year and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in 2025. The venue, beautifully decorated with festive lights and elegant details, was filled with an air of anticipation as attendees arrived to commemorate the remarkable success of La Squadra 3. We celebrated the collective efforts that had led to a successful year while embracing the promise of new opportunities in the year ahead.
Jai Bharath School of Management Studies (JBSMS) signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with NeST Digital and Fragomen, marking a significant step towards fostering industry academia collaborations. The MOU with NeST Digital aims to provide students with hands-on experience and exposure to cutting-edge digital technologies, enabling them to enhance their technical skills and stay ahead in the fast-evolving digital landscape. LA-SQUDRA III : Corporate Challenge was conducted at Greenberg Holiday Resort Idukki on the 21st and 22nd of December 2024, aimed at bridging the gap between Education and Industry. This 2 day - 1 night event aimed to facilitate the development of essential skills and foster collaboration between corporate teams and MBA students. All the 80 students along with the faculty and the 6 teams from different companies set off to Greenberg in 2 tourist buses enjoying the scenic beauty and it was more like an ice breaking session with the corporates. Expert-led training sessions and Corporate team competitions, aimed to enhance participants; teamwork, leadership, p r o b l e m - s o l v i n g abilities, and practical knowledge. ‘LASQUDRA III’ delivered impactful sessions led by experienced corporate trainers that aimed at developing essential skills such as teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and innovation. The program also provided an exciting array of competition activities, with 15 diverse challenges. Selfie challenge, baby transport, build a bridge, 3 limb race, ball drop, pencil drop, don’t fall, ball transfer, kayaking, tied up, adventure, tug of war, treasure hunt and 5 course race were the challenges. There were 6 teams competing and the first 2 teams were awarded trophies. The students coordinated and did an exceptional job in getting all the games done on time and the strong coordination could be seen as the tasks went seamlessly amidst adverse climatic conditions. <br /><br /> Beyond the competitions, participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a world of diverse experiences. The program venue offered a large swimming pool, games, fun activities, trekking options, boating, kayaking, bamboo rafting, river crossing, water cycling, and jeep safaris. A mesmerizing fusion musical performance along with cultural programs and a cooperate walk added beauty to the event. A comfortable stay and sumptuous meals that aligned with premium standards, ensured a restful and rejuvenating overnight stay, also an extravagant culinary experience that complemented the overall excellence of ‘LA-SQUDRA
